One-on-one physical therapy evaluation and treatment with a doctor of physical therapy. Sessions are customized to meet the individuals goal and address pain and/or impairments. Sessions can include comprehensive exercise programming, pre & post surgical care, manual therapy, dry needling, run and movement analysis and a blow flow restriction training.
We are currently in network and accept most Cigna, BCBS NC, Aetna, United Health Care and UMR insurance plans (except Duke Select). We are currently out of network with all other providers. We will verify your insurance and coverage prior to the visit
If we are out of network with your insurance plan, we offer a set rate of $120 for PT evaluations, and $100 for follow up visits. We can provide a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. FSA and HSA cards accepted.

Completely customizable one-on-one or small group lessons. The structure of the session is based on the player's current level and goals. Completely customizable one-on-one or small group lessons. The structure of the session is based on the player's current level and goals. The hour-long sessions typically include elements of technique, tactical awareness, speed, agility, conditioning, and mental training. All of these elements are essential for the development of the complete player. The sessions typically have a "theme," focusing on one or two technical aspects of the game (shooting, passing, first touch, long balls, defending, decision making, etc) that the client wants to improve on. Players will leave each session with drills to work on at home. Coaches actively participate in the sessions demonstrating techniques, acting as an opponent, & playing balls.


Small Group Soccer Technical Training

Sessions are designed to improve players' technical ball skills and tactical awareness. The small group environment allows for individualized feedback and skill development with an emphasis on learning appropriate form. Sessions are designed to improve players' technical ball skills and tactical awareness. The small group environment allows for individualized feedback and skill development with an emphasis on learning appropriate form. Sessions are broken into age group and experience well and are custom designed to match the goals and skill levels of the players in the group. The small group will also focus on implementing skill work with tactical decision-making in 1-vs-1 and 2-vs-2 scenarios. 
Players will be provided with weekly technical "homework" training ideas

Sessions are designed to improve speed, agility and quickness specific to soccer in a small group setting. The sessions will address full-body (age-appropriate) strength, mobility, plyometrics, injury prevention and correct landing/cutting techniques. Sessions are designed to improve speed, agility and quickness specific to soccer in a small group setting. Sessions will include elements of the Sportsmetrics (evidence based injury prevention program) and FIFA medicine injury prevention programming.
Trainings are geared towards healthy athletes or athletes in late stage return to play rehabilitation. Please contact Mollie directly if you have questions if this group is appropriate for you.

One on one and small group sports performance or personal training sessions. Personal training programs customized to fit the individual client's goals and address deficits working one on one with a certified strength and conditioning specialist and physical therapist.

PSI camps are a soccer intensive designed to improve players' technical and tactical skill in a positive and fun environment. Each day will include elements of speed / injury prevention, technical and tactical skill development and small sided play based on the day's technical "theme".  The camp will be run and programmed by former professional soccer player, Mollie Pathman, with assistance from current college and high level high school soccer players. Players will be divided into smaller groups based on soccer experience and age. All soccer experiences welcome!
Spaces are limited to ensure individualized feedback and a low ratio of players to coaches.

Summer Camp Session 1: June 17-June 20 (ages 7-14)
Summer Camp Session 2: July 29-Aug 1 (ages 7-13)
High School Intensive: July 29-Aug 1 (ages 14-18)

Terrence graduated from Ithaca College in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. Driven by his goal of becoming a Physical Therapist, he moved to North Carolina to further his education and earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Elon University in 2021.

Terrence is dedicated to helping patients return to the physical activities they love. He is passionate about working with athletes of all ages and competitive levels, with extensive experience in treating runners and various ball sport athletes. His clinical expertise spans from acute, post-operative rehabilitation to return-to-sport. Outside of the PT clinic, Terrence enjoys running, golfing and the gym.

Mollie was born and raised in Durham, North Carolina. She graduated from Duke University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in psychology where she was also a member of the varsity women’s soccer team. During this time, she played with the US Youth National Soccer Team, winning the U20 FIFA Women’s World Cup in 2012. After college, Mollie continued her soccer career playing professionally in the NWSL and Champions League. ​ In 2016 Mollie retired from professional soccer to pursue her passion for physical therapy and sports rehabilitation. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of North Carolina in 2019. Mollie’s professional area of study as a student focused on prevention and rehabilitation of athletic injuries. Mollie has experience working with athletes of all levels and experience, recreational to professional and its passionate about. ​ When not working, Mollie enjoys training for marathons, traveling, hiking with her dog and any competition (especially board games)
